Did Skip Bayless Offer Hairdresser $1.5 Million For Sex?

In a lawsuit, a former Fox Sports hairstylist claims that Skip Bayless forcibly grabbed her and made sexual advances toward her, and that a network official exploited “his position to sexually harass women.”

In the 42-page lawsuit that Front Office Sports was able to get, Noushin Faraji, who claims to have worked at Fox Sports from 2012 until last August, made a number of accusations. The lawsuit names Fox, Fox Sports, FS1, FS2, Bayless, FS1 broadcaster Joy Taylor, and Fox Sports EVP Charlie Dixon as defendants.

Faraji claims in the lawsuit, which was filed in Los Angeles on Friday, that Dixon, FS1’s chief of content, grabbed her buttocks during a birthday celebration in West Hollywood.

According to the lawsuit, the Fox presenter allegedly encouraged her to “get over it” after she notified Taylor about the incident.

On behalf of Faraji and other nonexempt Fox workers who have worked in California for the previous four years, the lawsuit requests class-action status. Faraji demands a jury trial and undisclosed monetary damages.

According to the lawsuit, he started giving Faraji “lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while putting his body against hers and pressing against her breasts” when he started working on the Undisputed morning show, which starred Bayless. According to the single mother, she informed Bayless over and over again that she didn’t “date at work” and wasn’t interested in him.

She also says that after having problems with her left ovary, she tried to stop Bayless’ advances by telling him she had ovarian cancer.

Rather, the lawsuit claims that Bayless grew increasingly hostile over time. He allegedly said he could “change” Faraji’s life and offered her $1.5 million for sex. Additionally, according to the lawsuit, Bayless accused Faraji of having an affair with his Undisputed co-star Shannon Sharpe.

According to the lawsuit:  “Approximately one week later, Mr. Bayless made another advance at Ms. Faraji”
Faraji tried telling skip :  ‘Skip, stop, you have a wife.’
Skip Bayless tried to play the religion card :  ‘Aren’t you Muslim? Doesn’t your dad have three to four wives?’ Ms. Faraji responded that her father was dead, and when Mr. Bayless looked taken aback, she made an excuse to leave.”

Faraji claims she filed numerous complaints with the employee relations and human resources divisions when she was employed at Fox. After their friendship ended, Taylor allegedly started “insulting Ms. Faraji on a personal and professional level,” according to the lawsuit.
