A lawsuit for $30,000 alleged that a former patient said he mutilated her. It also alleged that the woman attempted to persuade prospective clients from utilizing his practice for their elective procedures. The case was later dismissed.
A second lawsuit had been filed against another woman who voiced concerns about the outcomes of procedures performed by Dr. Okhah. Furthermore, she made alarming allegations that positive reviews were fabricated by the doctor's own staff members and acquaintances. However, mirroring the fate of the previous legal filing, this case was also dismissed.
