The 65th Annual Grammy Awards are set to go down on February 5, 2023, in Los Angeles. The ceremony will air live at 8PM EST on CBS and stream live and on-demand on Paramount+.

Ever since Beyoncé blessed the masses with her dance-heavy Renaissance album, it has been all over TikTok and in heavy rotation on streaming apps. The #CUFFITChallenge has been all the rage. So, it came as no surprise that Bey, who is already https://theybf.com/2021/03/14/beyonc%C3%A9-makes-grammys-history-as-the-... ”Be Alive,” featured in the King Richard, was nominated for Best Song Written for Visual Media.

If Bey wins one Grammy, she will break her tie with Quincy Jones for the second-most Grammys of all time. If she scoops up three awards, she’ll tie with conductor Georg Solti, who has 31 wins. If she wins four, she will set a NEW record as the most successful Grammy Award winner of all time! Fingers crossed.

Following behind Queen Bey, Kendrick Lamar nabbed 8 nominations, while Mary J. Blige, Future, DJ Khaled, and producer/songwriter The-Dream, were all nominated for six Grammys each.

Jay-Z earned five nominations this year, including three for DJ Khaled's "God Did," a song featuring Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, John Legend, and Fridayy. The song is up for Best Rap Performance, Rap Song, and Song of the Year. Jay-Z nominated for his work on Beyoncé's "Break My Soul and he was also nominated for Album of the Year for his contributions to his wife's "Renaissance" album.

Rap stars GloRilla and Latto became first-time Grammy nominees!

Let’s Gooooo! GloRilla’s breakout single “F.N.F. (Let’s Go)” with Hitkidd, earned her a spot in the Best Rap Performance category.

After learning her hit track landed her a Grammy nomination, GloRilla took to Twitter in tweet in excitement.

”The same song they was clowning me & my friends about saying we was Ugly & Dusty just got nominated for a Grammy !!!!!!!!! WHEN GOD IS ON YOUR SIDE YOU CANNOT FAIL,” she wrote.

No lies told.

Rapper Latto nabbed two Grammy nominations for Best New Artist and Best Melodic Rap Performance for Big Energy (Live). The “Big Energy” rapper took to social media to react:

”I’m crying so bad right now!!!! Never give up on your dreams yall!!! Shit gone get rough… but DONT GIVE UP,” she tweeted.

”ONE THING ABOUT GOD!!!!!,” she said in another tweet.

Looks who is creeping up on EGOT status!

Woman King actress Viola Davis received her first Grammy nomination for narration of her audio book, “Finding Me.” She was nominated under the category of Best Audio Book, Narration and Storytelling Recording.

”#FindingMe is a Grammy nominee! Thank you all for reading and listening to my story,” she tweeted.

The talented actress has already won Emmy, Oscar, and Tony Awards.

Major congrats! You can check out the full list of 2023 Grammy nominees, which also includes Muni Long, Lizzo, Doja Cat, and more here.

There were also a few snubs this year. Fans have been popping off on social media that Megan Thee Stallion was snubbed for Traumazine, Summer Walker was snubbed for her album, Still Not Over It, Ye (formerly known as Kanye West) was snubbed for Donda 2 & “Life of the Party” ft. Andre 3000, and Nicki Minaj's “Super Freaky Girl” was snubbed as well. You'll recall, Nicki made a big fuss about "Super Freaky Girl" being placed in the Pop category by the Academy, instead of her preferred Rap category. This year, she received no nominations, in any category.

Summer took to social media to address being snubbed:

The Little Mermaid actress Halle Bailey felt her sister, Chloe Bailey should have landed a nod:
