Following the likes of Mariah Carey, Brandy, Snoop Dogg, Jazmine Sullivan, John Legend, and others, Usher is latest superstar to contribute live renditions of some of his biggest hits to the platform.
Christened ‘The Last Showman,’ the new installment – split into three acts – is set to take an “introspective look” at the chart-topper’s 30-year career as he opens up about the “inspirations, heartache, and personal growth” that fueled the creation of some of his most iconic tracks.
“With the recent 20th anniversary of ‘Confessions,’ creating ‘The Last Showman’ has been an incredible opportunity to reflect on the most pivotal moments of my career with fresh eyes and deep appreciation,” said the 46-year-old. “This project isn’t just about telling my story; it’s about sharing the raw, unfiltered truth behind the music that’s connected with generations of listeners, as well as the power of vulnerability in art.”
