Geno Smith, the starting quarterback for the Las Vegas Raiders, was coaching a youth football game in Florida this past weekend when he got into an unexpected altercation.
A nasty brawl broke out on the sidelines during Saturday night’s game involving Geno Smith, who is taking a break from the NFL to coach the South Florida Express, a national championship 7-on-7 football team.
Known for his intense rivalry, Smith was seen yelling at an off-camera person during the game. Security stepped in to prevent the situation from getting worse.

To demonstrate his control over the situation, Smith was heard yelling: “That’s why they pay me the big bucks, that’s why I get paid the big bucks. That’s why they bring the big bucks to me, that’s why they pay me the big bucks!”
His confident statement was a direct allusion to his rich two-year, $75 million contract with the Raiders, which undoubtedly amounts to “big bucks” in the NFL.
