Rihanna‘s motherhood and multitude of businesses have seen the megastar booked and busy in a non-musical capacity.

So much so that the whereabouts of the singer’s elusive 9th studio album has been a mystery – as fans have grumbled and groaned at the reality that it’s been seven years since RiRi (who was once renowned for her annual releases) dropped her last LP, ‘ANTI.’

According to a new report, though, The Navy needn’t fret.

For, with major plans underway, this period may soon be deemed…the calm before the storm.

The Mirror reports that the Bajan-born belle has signed a massive deal with Live Nation for a 2024/2024 tour that will support her brand-new album.

Said to be worth close to $40 million, news of the pact comes on the back of Rih’s drip-fed return to music – first with the Oscar-nominated ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ anthem ‘Lift Me Up’ and her 2022 Super Bowl Halftime Show.

A source said of developments:

“Rihanna is quietly planning a comeback tour after signing with Live Nation. The deal was created to facilitate a world tour and her creative team is quietly at work in Los Angeles putting it all together as she raises her family. She’ll press play on the live show once she’s ready to go back to work and has two albums’ worth of material to release once she’s back.”
