Pacman Jones Has Been Arrested for Assaulting Police Officer

Pacman Jones has been arrested again early Saturday morning, as the former NFL star had an encounter with law enforcement near Cincinnati.

Jones, who has a history of legal issues, was taken into custody by police in Covington, KY, facing charges of assaulting an officer, public intoxication, and disorderly conduct.

No further details about the incident have been released. He was booked at the Kenton County Jail shortly before 2 AM and later posted a $10,000 bond in a few hours.

After his release, Pacman quickly took to social media, sharing a muted video on his Instagram Story with a caption directed at the police. He appears unfazed by his recent arrest, continuing to promote a clip from his podcast and a flier for a friend’s birthday celebration on his account.

For those keeping score, this marks Pacman’s third arrest for public intoxication within three years. In 2023, he was removed from a flight and faced charges of public intoxication, terroristic threatening, and disorderly conduct, although he claimed he was not intoxicated during that incident.

Last year, he was nabbed for assault on a peace officer and public intoxication in Texas following the Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson fight. He also served time in jail in 2021 after a physical confrontation at a bar in Cincinnati.

Pacman was selected as the sixth overall pick by the Tennessee Titans in the 2005 NFL Draft and later played for the Cowboys, Bengals, and Broncos before hanging up his cleats.

He earned All-Pro recognition as a return specialist in 2014, but his career was overshadowed by numerous legal troubles off the field.
