The song garnered 16,104 spins during the August 27-September 2 tracking period. That number is up from the previous week’s count by 925 spins.

As a result of this, the song was able to overtake Taylor Swift’s ‘Cruel Summer,’ which slipped down to #2 this week.

‘Vampire’ becomes Rodrigo’s third pop airplay #1 after ‘Good 4 U’ ‘Drivers License.’

The news comes as she gears up to release her sophomore album called ‘Guts’ on September 8.
