Lizzo has revealed that Beyonce’s blockbuster ‘Renaissance World Tour’ inspired her upcoming album ‘Love in Real Life.’

The chart topper is stepping back into the spotlight with a new project, and she’s giving credit to Queen Bey for helping her find the spark.

In a recent interview on The Breakfast Club, Lizzo opened up about how she found her way back to sound ground.

At the time, Lizzo was navigating public scrutiny and a high-profile lawsuit filed by former team members. 

She admitted to feeling isolated and unsure about how she’d be received if she showed up to a major public event like the concert.

“I was so afraid to go because, honestly, I didn’t know what to expect. I thought people might throw tomatoes at me, I had no idea what they thought of me.”

But when the ‘Renaissance World Tour’ hit Beyonce’s hometown of Houston, Lizzo decided to go, and what she experienced changed everything. Fans embraced her with open arms, showering her with love, support, and words of encouragement. That moment, she says, reminded her of what real love feels like.

She explained:

“At the concert, people were showing me so much love saying things like, ‘We’ve got your back,’ ‘Shake that sh*t off,’ and ‘We love you.’ I just broke down and started crying. That’s what real love feels like. You can’t find that kind of love on the internet it’s the kind you only get in real life.”
