Performing a special one-off show at New York’s Irving Plaza, JT emphatically declared the following just before performing ‘Cry Me a River’:
“I’d like to take this opportunity to apologize to absolutely f**king nobody.”

Timberlake’s remarks are interestingly timed.
Because they come just days after his ex Britney Spears issued an apology to him for comments she made about him in her best-selling book, ‘The Woman in Me.’
She also plugged his latest single ‘Selfish,’ despite her own fans launching a campaign to drive her like-titled 2011 track to the top of the charts in place of his.
JT’s pivot also comes after his 2021 public apology to both Spears and Janet Jackson for the Super Bowl fiasco.
Needless to say, this declaration is sure to rustle features afresh.
