Taking to press, the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) announced that Jung Kook’s song ‘Seven’ has been certified Platinum for the sales equivalence of 1,000,000 units in the United States.
With the song’s updated certification, Jung Kook becomes the first solo member of BTS to earn a Platinum Single in America.
The news of his achievement comes after his album ‘Golden’ was projected to make a big splash on the Billboard 200 chart (as we reported here).
Notably, Jung Kook also rocked ‘The Tonight Show’ with a performance of his song ‘Standing Next To You.’
