The 83-minute documentary, directed by Karam Gill, dives deep into the Starboy’s meteoric rise – from the vibrant streets of Lagos to the global Afrobeats throne.
Packed with concert footage, rare interviews, and cultural commentary, the film peels back the curtain on one of music’s most enigmatic figures.
Screening as part of Tribeca’s Spotlight+ section, the premiere will be followed by a live convo with Wiz and Gill. A rare sit-down with one of Afrobeats’ most low-key kings? Count us in.
