Kenya Moore is finally able to close to door on her roller coaster marriage to Marc Daly.

For, after three years of back and forth in court, the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star has been granted a divorce from the restauranter.

In a statement issued to PEOPLE, 52-year-old Moore – who shares 5-year-old daughter Brooklyn with Daly – said:

“After more than three years of litigation, I have finally been granted a divorce. I want to thank everyone who prayed for and uplifted me when I needed it the most.”

I’m excited for this next chapter in my life and being the best mom I can be for my daughter, Brooklyn.”

Concluding, she added:

“As a hopeless romantic, I still believe my forever person exists and know I’ll have my happily ever after ending after all.”
