Usually, it’s Stephen A. Smith who is verbally abusive. Just ask Jerry Jones. In a crossover appearance for ESPN’s “Monday Night Countdown” tonight, the host of “First Take” was the one who caught more than he strays with his “New Jack City”-inspired attire prior to the Baltimore Ravens defeating the Los Angeles Chargers.

Fans comment on Stephen A. Smith’s outfit

While ESPN boasted on Instagram that the 57-year-old Dallas Cowboys fan was “in the owner’s suite,” it was his appearance that prompted followers to make Stephen A. Smith-style insults. These were some of the comments :

“Stephen A. Pulled up looking like ice T from new jack city,”

“Stephen A Smith looking like a jodeci reject member.”

“SA invaded Wesley Snipes closet,”

And it was equally brutal on X, the former Twitter. Comparing him to the iconic Steve Buscemi meme has to be one of The Athlete Lifestyle On SI’s topics.

Stephen A. accomplished the impossible. Users could only discuss the “First Take” host’s outfit because he was positioned between Ryan Clark and Jason Kelce, who are well-known for making headlines with their “Countdown” dress choices.

If Smith wanted to draw attention, he was successful. He will have to start over if he believed that it was an appearance that people would find admirable. Perhaps consult co-host Molly Qerim for assistance the next time.
