Demarcus Robinson, Rams WR, Arrested on Suspicion of DUI

Shortly after the Rams’ “Sunday Night Football” loss to the Eagles, Demarcus Robinson was taken into custody early on Monday morning. After being stopped by police for allegedly exceeding the speed limit, the NFL wide receiver was taken into custody early this morning on a freeway in Los Angeles on suspicion of DUI.

An officer noticed Robinson’s white Dodge sedan driving at an alarming rate just after five in the morning. Robinson appeared to exhibit signs of impairment during the traffic stop, which led the police to suspect that he was under the influence of alcohol.

 

According to our law enforcement sources, Robinson declined to submit to an on-site field sobriety test. He was taken to a processing center after being arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI. According to reports, Demarcus informed police his identity and that he was a member of the Los Angeles Rams.

After receiving a citation for the infraction, the wide receiver was released to an accountable party. Robinson has not yet made any public remarks regarding his arrest.
