A recent report from TMZ went viral for sources telling the news outlet that Spears was in “danger of going broke” after spending millions on vacations.
However, sources have now spoke to Entertainment Tonight and shared that Spears is “far” from being broke.
“While Britney flies private and enjoys vacations, she’s far from going broke. In fact, she’s about to achieve recoupment from the ongoing successful sales from her memoir and audiobook,” the source said.
“Major producers are also vying for the rights to her memoir,” the source continued.
Speculation about the singer’s finances also comes after Spears settled a financial dispute with her father, Jamie Spears, over legal fees.
