Danity Kane appears to be done.

At least, that is the summation of Aubrey O’Day. 

And the singer is assuring fans that it’s not her fault.

Hot on the promotional trail for her new single ‘Couple Goals’ (which she has paired with a nude music video), O’Day sat down for a chat with Entertainment Tonight. 

When quizzed on Danity Kane (who she last reunited with in 2019), the 38-year-old said:

“So, I am the foreever optimist when it comes to girl groups.I have brought Danity Kane back multiple times. I think the fact we [sang-sang] is what was really special about us. We were the first singing television show before American Idol.”

When asked squarely about a possible re-grouping with Dawn Richard and Shannon Bex, O’Day’s candidly said:

“I would forever be back to performing with Danity Kane. I’m the one that’s brought us back every time and I’m not the reason it was ended. I don’t care if I didnb’t get along with any of them – and i do [get on with them]. But, if I didn’t, I would [still] always want to get back with them. Will it? No. The other girls don’t feel the same way I do”

Suffice to say, the inactivity somewhat made this apparent already. But the air of finality surely will come as a ‘Damage’-ing blow to fans.
