Tragedy struck the home of ‘Married to Medicine’ star Quad Webb.

For, a 3-year-old drowned at her Atlanta residence.

WSB-TV reports that police were informed that the toddler had drowned in the backyard swimming pool of Quad’s house on July 7.

Upon arriving on the scene, officers found firefighters trying in earnest to revive the child. She was later taken to hospital, where she was sadly pronounced dead.

Per the police report, the youngster’s name is Aryanna Rice.

As for the events that led up to the accident, two men who visited Quad’s home at the time shared with officers that they spent two hours in the pool (6pm-8pm) before going to order food. After hanging around inside for a period of time, they returned to the pool area where they spotted what looked like a doll floating in the water.

Upon noticing that it was Aryanna, emergency services were immediately called.

The child is listed as the daughter of Tamica Webb from Memphis, Tennessee.

As of writing, Aryanna and her mom’s exact relationship with Quad isn’t known. But the child’s grandmother is listed as Quad’s mom, Mary Loise Cox.

The child’s residence was also listed as the home of the 43-year-old  reality star, but the police reports adds that it was moreso reflective of the child’s month-long vacation at Quad’s home.

Back in Aprl, Quad publicly celebrated Aryanna’s 3rd birthday on social media. Sharing snaps of the youngster, she wrote:

“Wow, I can’t believe my baby is 3 years old today! I remember you falling to sleep laying on my chest. You absolutely stole my heart from the moment I saw you; Ari you’re so special to me and I’m grateful to be apart of your life! I got you forever!!! Happy birthday chocolate drop.”

A formal statement from Quad’s rep about the accident read:

“Quad Webb and family have suffered the loss of two beloved family members, in separate occasions, in just one week. This has been an incredibly challenging experience for the entire family. Your understanding and support are deeply valued.
