Ty Dolla $ign Distances Himself from Kanye West Amid Star’s Antisemitism Backlash: “I Do Not Condone ANY Form of Hate Speech”

‘Vultures‘ hitmakers Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign have flown from the top of charts to the top of headlines this week for nesting on two very different sides of a controversial topic.

As he preps the release of his next solo album, ‘Bully,’ West proved the title fitting as he dominated news last week for going on a seemingly unprovoked rant loaded with antiSemitic, fatphobic, sexist, homophobic, and racist remarks.

Ultimately leading to the deactivation of his website and X account (formerly known as Twitter), the shocking tirades sent his name into trending status on social media amid criticism from commenters, fans, activists, fellow celebs (like Charlie Puth and David Schwimmer), and others.

Among those in the penultimate category is Kanye’s frequent collaborator, Ty (born Tyrone Griffin), who made clear his stance on the topic.

“I do not condone ANY form of hate speech against ANYONE,” he wrote on Instagram stories without name-dropping West on Tuesday (February 11).

Time will tell if distancing himself from Kanye as the two reportedly prep the third installment of their ‘Vulture’ album series impacts the project’s delivery.

At writing, the embattled music and fashion mogul has yet to publicly speak on Ty’s statement.
