Ouch! Rihanna’s #Navy Drags Drake for Perceived “Average Sex” Diss on ‘For All the Dogs’

Much like with his last effort, 2022’s 21 Savage-assisted ‘Her Loss,’ rapper Drake is not only making headlines for dropping a new album but also the perceived disses that line its content.

As October 6 brought with it his highly anticipated For All the Dogs project, Drizzy has found himself in the doghouse of the fan bases of a few prominent artists for eyebrow-raising lyrics – namely NBA YoungBoy and Rihanna.

For the latter, the ‘Dogs’ song ‘Fear of Heights‘ is believed to come as yet another chapter in their storied history as they’ve lifted multiple hits – ‘What’s My Name,’ ‘Work,’ Take Care,’ and ‘Too Good’ – to impressive heights on the Hot 100 over the last 15 years.

Having failed to lift their romance to similar altitude, however, lines relayed on ‘Heights’ suggest the Canadian hitmaker is still salty about not bagging the Bajan beauty.

See what we mean inside.

Over an OZ and Nik D-produced beat, the ‘In My Feelings’ hitmaker – who was reportedly in his feelings after learning Rih was coupled and had two children with A$AP Rocky – dropped some pretty obvious bars aimed toward his ‘Work‘ co-star.

“Why they make it sound like I’m still hung up on you?/That could never be/Gyal can’t be me/Better him than me/Better it’s not me,” he said in ‘Heights’ (heard above) before later relaying, “And the sex was average with you … And I had way badder b-tches than you TBH.”

The song is also loaded with references to ‘Anti,’ the name of the Pop diva’s 2016 chart-topping album.

‘Dogs’ may have just dropped at 6A EST on Friday (October 6), but it didn’t take much time before the slick diss landed on the radar of Rihanna’s beloved fans (affectionately called #TheNavy).

Look below to see highlights of what they said about the matter.

At writing, Rih nor A$AP has responded to the hoopla.
