At the end of the first half of Friday night's game, Hall of Fame football player Shannon Sharpe had a heated courtside conversation with Memphis Grizzlies players Ja Morant and Dillon Brooks, as well as Morant's father, Tee Morant. Throughout the first half, the Fox Sports personality exchanged words with Dillon Brooks before yelling at Ja Morant on the final possession of the second quarter. Cameras caught Ja Morant yelling “sit yo a** down” to FOX sports personality Shannon Sharpe. Shannon Sharpe spent halftime in the tunnel with security before returning to his seat for the third quarter. He said, ‘F**k me.’ I said, ‘F**k you back.’ He started to come at me and I said, ‘You don’t want these problems.’ And then Ja came out of nowhere talking. He definitely didn’t ant these problems. Then the dad came and he obviously didn’t want no problems. But I wanted anything they had. Don’t let these fools fool you now.” Sharpe and Tee Morant spoke with security in the arena tunnels before returning to their seats as the second half began.
