If the prediction rings true it will not only mark the third consecutive top 5 opening for a Meg studio album following the #2 and #4 debuts of 2020’s ‘Good News‘ and 2022’s ‘Traumazine‘ respectively, but will also enter the all-genre chart with her second-highest inaugural sum.

‘News’ soared to its runner-up opening on the wings of 100,500 units shifted.
