That Grape Juice has been spinning the LP since its release. Join us below to find out which five tracks are essential on ‘Endless Summer Vacation.’
5. You
Since debuting her single ‘The Climb’ many years ago, Cyrus has clearly dedicated her time to mastering the pop ballad, and it shows on ‘You.’ A waltz-like temp guides the song as Cyrus’ vocals soar to new heights as she crafts one of her most heartfelt ballads.

4. River
With her ‘Bangerz’ era 10 years behind her, Cyrus has use of innuendo has only gotten stronger than it was then and it has never been better than on ‘River.’ A sex-positive exploration of synth-pop, Cyrus gives a summer anthem for the girls and the gays.

3. Violet Chemistry
With a studio pedigree that consist of James Blake, Mike Will Made-It, and more, there seems to be no other reason to give as to why this is one of the best songs on ‘Endless Summer Vacation.’ Okay, maybe there is another reason. Cyrus has never sounded more at home in pop music than on ‘Violet Chemistry.’

2. A Thousand Miles
No matter how many genres Cyrus explores over the course of her career, there is one thing that is clear: she is a country girl at heart. Pairing with Brandi Carlile, Cyrus channels a more mature version of ‘The Climb’ fitting to her current stage in life. Nostalgic and current at the same time, ‘A Thousand Miles’ is a master class in Cyrus doing what she does best.

1. Jaded
Continuing the theme that its preceding track ‘Flowers’ tackled, ‘Jaded’ is all around the better song. A reflective breakup anthem, the song mixes the subtle rock elements that made the ballads on ‘Plastic Hearts’ so defining all the while mixing them with her keen pop sensibility. Truly one of her best ballads, ‘Jaded’ is a show-stopping moment on an already brilliant album.
