Jay-Z has fired off a lawsuit against the former rape accuser and her attorney – and he’s not holding back.

The mogul (born Shawn Carter) is using the Jane Doe and her attorney Tony Buzbee for defamation, alleging that the initial rape allegations made against him were knowingly “false” and “malicious,” and were “strategically and tactically calculated and time to inflict maximum pain and suffering on Mr. Carter.”

As reported, the unnamed woman accused the hitmaker of sexually assaulting her with Diddy in 2000, when she was a minor.

The lawsuit has since been dismissed with prejudice, meaning it cannot be refiled.

Per the filing (which was made today in Alabama), Jay-Z’s legal reps wrote:

“Defendants devised and executed their plan to accuse Mr. Carter of sexual assault and used national news and media outlets to disseminate the fabricated accusations to millions despite the falsity of the accusation.

Defendants’ actions were willful and purposeful in order to maximize the reputational harm to Mr. Carter and induce Mr. Carter to pay them.”

The suit continued:

“Doe has now voluntarily admitted directly to representatives of Mr. Carter that the story brought before the world in court and on global television was just that: a false, malicious story. She has admitted that Mr. Carter did not assault her; and that indeed it was Buzbee himself … who pushed her to go forward with the false narrative of the assault by Mr. Carter in order to leverage a maximum payday.”

Jay is suing both parties for malicious prosecution, abuse of process, civil conspiracy, and defamation. He is also pursuing assumed and actual damages, along with punitive damages.
