Jamie Foxx Update: Hollywood Star's Hospitalization Spurs Prayers And Concern

Jamie Foxx is still in the hospital and those around him are asking for prayers. Details inside… It’s been over three weeks since the news broke that Jamie Foxx suffered a medical emergency, and he's still in the hospital. Those closest to him are urging fans to send prayers and well-wishes his way. Unfortunately, details on Jamie's exact condition are being closely guarded by his family, but sources close to him have also echoed the plea for support. It was Jamie's daughter, Corinne, who first announced the news of her father's medical complication on April 12th. He's been the host of the super popular music lyric game show, "Beat Shazam" on FOX, but due to his hospitalization, he won't be able to take part in the upcoming season. In fact, filming for the show started today with a new host. Corinne, who DJs on the show, won't be on either as she's been by her dad's side in the hospital. Jamie, 55, was in Atlanta for work on the film, Back in Action, when he fell ill, and since then, a stunt double and body double have been seen filling in for him on the project.
