Details inside.
After rocking the GRAMMY pre-show with a stunning medley of his iconic hits (as seen above), Gospel superstar Kirk Franklin collected his 20th golden gramophone – this time in the Best Gospel Performance/Song category for his song ‘All Things’ (defeating Stanley Brown, Erica Campbell, Zacardi Cortez, and Melvin Crispell III for the honor).
The victory puts him in an exclusive class of Black male artists who can boast having at least 20 trophies to their names – a list led by the legendary producer-songwriter Quincy Jones (28).
Behind him is Stevie Wonder (25) followed by JAY-Z and Kanye West (24 each) and now Franklin (20).
