Rapper Fivio Foreign is facing legal heat after pleading guilty to third-degree terroristic threats stemming from a parking dispute on New Year’s Day in Edgewater, New Jersey.

The star, who has been behind bars since January, allegedly pulled a gun on a woman asking for help with her car, warning her with chilling threats. With surveillance footage backing up the claims, his arrest swiftly followed.

As part of his plea deal, charges for firearm possession and aggravated assault were dropped. His lawyer, Adam Lustberg, informed TMZ that he may be released with probation and time served at his August sentencing.

But jail hasn’t stopped Fivio from staying active in the culture. He reignited his feud with PlaqueBoyMax, dropped a diss track, and even called out Kai Cenat. On top of that, he surprised fans with a genre-blending track, ‘Get Out The Way’, featuring country newcomer Caldwell.
