Boasting state-of-the-art production, the Afrobeats titan towered tall at the show – which had long stood as one the year’s most hotly anticipated spectacles.
Housed in the heart of North London, the concert served as the Surulere-born superstar’s first headlining gig at a UK stadium and followed a revered performance at Glastonbury 2023.
This time, though, the spotlight was solely on Starboy.
Indeed, beyond rousing opening sets from The Cavemen, Masego and Wande Coal, Wizkid’s set was a solo affair.
Commanding the stage with seasoned ease, the 33-year-old powered through hits such as ‘Ginger,’ ‘Ojuelebga,’ ‘Bad To Me,’ and his global breakthrough ‘Essence.’
With over a decade of dominance to his name, Wizkid’s whimsical set proved that he is unquestionably at the top of his game.
A night to remember.
