Kanye West may have made headlines last week for begging President Donald Trump to free Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs from jail as the embattled mogul awaits trial for racketeering, sex trafficking, and prostitution-related charges, but the mounting legal woes for the imprisoned star suggest freedom won’t be a possibility anytime soon.

Beyond criminal charges, Combs is facing over 140 civil lawsuits for sexual misconduct with several plaintiffs claiming drugging and assault at his hands.

The newest round of lawsuits to come over the last week are just as shocking as their predecessors.

On Monday (February 3), a “John Doe” filed a lawsuit claiming he’s endured years of “pain and suffering, mental anguish, physical impairment, and emotional torment” stemming from allegedly being drugged and groped by Combs in 2015.

On Tuesday (February 4), an adult entertainer in Las Vegas claims he was assaulted for years by the Bad Boy chief and forced “to perform acts that were outside the scope of the agreed-upon performance and limitations set by plaintiff and his agency” including sexual intercourse with other people.

What’s more, he alleges Combs sexually and physically assaulted him, drugged him with Viagra, filmed their sexual encounters to use as blackmail, and emotionally manipulated him by promising to help with his aspiring music career.

On the same day, two anonymous women filed lawsuits alleging they were drugged and sexually assaulted by Combs multiple times in the 90’s (one even asserting the incident occurred over multiple states and was filmed).

On Monday (February 10), a street musician came forward with allegations the music and fashion mogul orally and anally raped him after being lured to a discreet location by a Bad Boy employee in 2022.

The unidentified Chicago man is demanding a trial by jury.

“This case seeks compensatory and punitive damages for that violent sexual assault. The conduct described herein is shockingly typical of how Defendant Sean Combs conducted himself for many years. Many individuals and entities facilitated and conspired with this abhorrent conduct. Sean Combs believed he was above the law. He is not,” the filed legal docs read.

Diddy’s legal team has issued a statement denying any wrongdoing alleged in all of the new lawsuit filings.

 “As we’ve said before, Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt,” the statement read. “Even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process.”
