As reported here, Beyonce garnered nine nominations for the 2023 GRAMMYs for work found aboard her blockbuster 2022 album ‘Renaissance‘ – a feat that brings her career-long nominations tally to 88.
Tying JAY-Z‘s cumulative nominations count as a result, the husband-wife duo sit in GRAMMY record books as the most-nominated acts in its 65-year history.
Despite the stiff competition across the categories Bey is nominated in, should she collect only four of the nine trophies she will pass Hungarian-British orchestral and operatic conductor Georg Solti for the honor of most-awarded act in GRAMMY history overall.
At writing, he owns the record with a whopping 31 wins.
Keep it locked to That Grape Juice Sunday night (February 5) to find out if she is victorious.
