Angel Reese is once again at the heart of controversy, and this time, fans aren’t holding back. The Chicago Sky star’s intense battle with Napheesa Collier in the Unrivaled 3×3 basketball league has sparked a fiery debate, with some fans blasting Reese for what they call “dirty play.”
The showdown between Reese’s Rose Basketball Club and Collier’s Lunar Owls quickly grew physical, overshadowing the real conclusion of the game, a 66-56 triumph for the Owls. The two celebrities constantly battled during the competition, spitting insults, bumps, and angry remarks at one another.

The most contentious incident, however, was when Reese and Collier collided, knocking the Unrivaled co-founder to the ground.
Collier, never one to back down, attempted to respond with a push from behind but missed. The sequence of events got social media buzzing, with some fans explicitly denouncing Reese’s aggressive manner.
Fans didn’t hold back in criticizing Angel Reese
One especially nasty critic took aim at her association with Reebok, saying: “She’s always been a dirty player yet @Reebok still chose to hitch their wagon to her nasty ghetto ass.”
Others dubbed her a “bully” on the court, reigniting discussions about her contentious presence in the game.

Despite the backlash, Reese’s performance was nothing short of dominant. She recorded a double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds, while Collier finished with 16 points and nine boards.
Chicago Sky forward Lexie Hull, a teammate of Caitlin Clark, was an unexpected fan in the stands.
