According to TMZ Sports, the Mavericks supporter who was ejected from a game this week due to a furious altercation with Mark Cuban feels that his rights were infringed upon, and he is now thinking about filing a lawsuit.
Following Chris Taylor’s attempt to instigate an anti-Nico Harrison chant during the Mavs vs. Kings game, the game against the Cubes took place on Monday night at American Airlines Center in Dallas.
Taylor started stirring up a throng around him because he was angry about how the Dallas general manager had traded Luka Doncic to the Los Angeles Lakers earlier this month. Cuban begged him to stop as he rose from his place by the court.
Jeez man.

The Mavs Front Office has officially lost it.
So glad I don’t have to be a fan of this kind of disrespect anymore.
I hope they have to sell the team. Hit em where it hurts and don’t buy another ticket @dallasmavs… pic.twitter.com/kSC7gycCbp

After exchanging words, according to Taylor, stadium security intervened and took Chris from the venue. The Mavs dismissed Taylor for being “disruptive and uncooperative,” which is against the NBA Fan Code of Conduct, according to the team. However, Taylor was certain that Cuban was at fault.
Taylor told TMZ that he felt intimidated, singled out, and threatened by security throughout the confrontation. He also stated that he currently has the opportunity to file a lawsuit.
He said: “The first thing that the security said is, ‘Do you want to walk out, or get dragged out?'” “I’m going to think about it some more, but [legal action] is not off the table. It is definitely not off the table for legal action at this point.”
“Cuban’s basically just lying and talkin’ s*** on fans again,”. “It’s crazy.”
