Warriors’ Draymond Green Hillariously Asks Jalen Green to Go Home and Paint Nails Post Game

In a dispute following Game 3, Warriors’ Draymond Green made fun of the Rockets star’s nail art. In a fierce, physical game against the Rockets on Saturday, the Warriors prevailed – this time without Jimmy Butler. However, the fiercely contested series appeared to explode at the end of the Warriors‘ 105-94 victory in Game 3, leading to a brawl at midcourt just after the game concluded.

After Game 3 concluded, Warriors player Draymond Green and Rockets star Jalen Green were chatting at midcourt when Green of the Warriors seemed to gesture at his opponent, who has painted his nails for years.

Jalen Green claimed in a 2024 video that he was motivated to do this in order to match his hand tattoos, adding that the two “made it cool” for him to do it.

After Draymond Green made the nail-painting motion, Jalen Green seemed to be nodding back at him as teammates, coaches, and officials hurried to separate the two. Jalen Green attempted to approach the Warriors’ area a second time, according to video captured inside the arena. The two teams continued to converse and then retired to their separate locker rooms.

Even though the footage is taken from a distance, Draymond Green seems to repeat the gesture as Jalen Green is restrained and led to the Houston tunnel, which is on the other corner from Golden State’s tunnel but on the same baseline.

This is the second on-court altercation between the teams in the series, and Draymond Green was also a part of the first one.
