Legal woes continue to pile up for Trey Songz.

The last few years have seen the R&B singer make headlines more for sexual and physical assault allegations than his music and, if a recently filed lawsuit is any indication, that trend is set to continue.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, Songz (born Tremaine Neverson) is being accused of sexual assault and battery by two women for an incident that allegedly took place at his Los Angeles-area residence during a 2015 house party.

Claiming they were pressured to drink alcohol from unsealed bottles, the woman believe they were drugged as they eventually lost consciousness while fully clothed but woke up nude to Neverson engaging in nonconsensual sexual acts with them including oral sex, nipple biting, and forcing his fingers inside of them.

One woman asserts that Trey finished the act by demanding they shower with him, but were dislodged from his home when they refuse.

His attorney, Michael Freedman, took to press to refute the women’s belief they’re owed damages for the longlasting trauma the event allegedly caused.

“This is yet another example of nearly decade-old allegations being repurposed to take advantage of California’s constitutionally questionable new look back window,” the lawyer said. “We look forward to vindicating Trey on the merits in court.

News of the accusations comes a year after a Maryland man named Tyrelle Dunn filed his own lawsuit against the GRAMMY nominee for allegedly beating him in a Las Vegas hotel in November 2021. Dunn’s legal action joins a number of other formally lodged complaints against Trey including that of a woman who filed suit to the tune of $10 million after claiming he groped her at a Connecticut pool party in 2013.

At the time of this report, Trey has avoided responding to the allegations directly and has relied on his legal representation.
