In fact, he was playing pickleball yesterday! Thanks for everyone’s prayers and support! We have an exciting work announcement coming next week too!” This news comes after reports emerged earlier this week that Jamie's family was preparing for the worst, with some stating he was on life support. Writer/music journalist Touré took to Instagram to share that multiple sources told him that Jamie is "in serious medical trouble” and that his family is asking for prayers as the actor is, “at this hour on Life Support in ICU.” He has since deleted the post. There were also reports that stated Jamie's family and friends were "preparing for the worst" and was asking everyone for prayers, which prompted celebs, like Nia Long, to post on social media to continue to pray for the actor.  "My heart is heavy this morning," Nia tweeted. "Praying for our brother Jamie Foxx. My love and prayers run deep for you and your loved ones #PrayForJamieFoxx." Thankfully, Corinne's update gives hope to fans that Jamie is on the mend and making progress. It's been over a month since Jamie was hospitalized in Atlanta for a "medical complication." He has been unable to perform his hosting duties alongside Corinne on the FOX show "Beat Shazam" while he recovers. In the meantime, Nick Cannon has stepped in to fill his shoes. While it's unclear whether Jamie is undergoing any physical therapy or rehabilitation during his recovery, Corinne's message is a reassuring update for fans who have been worried about the actor's health.   Photos: Featureflash/Jean_Nelson/Depositphotos
