As California continues its rebuilding efforts after the devastating wildfires, the entertainment industry is doing its part to aid.

After raising millions via the star-studded FireAid benefit concert as well as this year’s GRAMMYs, the NBA All-Star weekend – held in San Francisco – will feature a tribute to the Los Angeles area by assembling some of music’s biggest stars from the area to act as the musical entertainment.

While the U.S. national anthem performance before the All-Star Game on Sunday (February 16) will be led by Los Angeles firefighter and paramedic Dennis R. Rodriguez, the NBA has announced DJ Cassidy will lead a special Bay Area edition of ‘Pass the Mic’ starring En Vogue, E-40, Too $hort, Saweetie, and more.

Taking place at Chase Center in San Francisco, home of the Golden State Warriors, their tribute to the Bay will be preceded by a performance from music legend and Oakland native Raphael Saadiq.

GRAMMY Award-winning songstress Alessia Cara will perform the Canadian national anthem.

On Saturday (February 15), H.E.R. will be on hand to present the State Farm® All-Star Saturday Night alongside four-time NBA champion Andre Iguodala.

That same night, Def Jam Recording artist LiAngelo “GELO” Ball will make his live televised debut to perform his hit single ‘Tweaker.’
