Still very much enjoying the success of her breakout viral hits ‘Runway‘ and ‘Like Dat‘ with fellow rapstress JT (of the City Girls), Sacramento-based rapper Stunna Girl kicked off 2024 by unveiling even more new tunes set to line her forthcoming EP.

Among them was the YG-assisted ‘Stand Up‘ which features a prominent sample of Ciara’s 2004 chart-topping hit ‘Goodies‘ (as heard above).

Just days after its January 5 arrival to major digital streaming outlets, however, Stunna was stunned to learn the racy cut had been removed from YouTube due to a copyright claim against it.

Taking to Twitter on Thursday (January 11), the 25-year-old launched into a rant against the GRAMMY winner and her team for their unwillingness to cooperate – even going as far as saying she never has this problem when trying to get sampling clearance from White artists.

Once Ci’s beloved fanbase (affectionately called #CSquad) hopped in to defend their fave, Girl quickly hit back.

“That girl code sh*t be fake. These old hos be hating,” she said before later relaying, “I don’t care what some random people on the net be saying…ya’ll shoulda came to her defense when she needed y’all the most…y’all don’t know how these people be moving behind closed doors.”

At writing, Ci has not responded to Stunna’s Twitter tirade.
