The legendary Rock & Roll Hall of Famer was on hand at the London stop of the trek, which took place at The O2 Arena.

A sold-out affair, the show saw Carpenter electrify with stirring hits such as ‘Espresso’ and ‘Please Please Please.’

Sharing several clips from the spectacle, Jackson (who is oft hailed as one of the greatest performers of all time) gave a ringing endorsement.

Alongside the clips, she wrote:

“What a fun show! We enjoyed you!”

An emotional Carpenter replied:

“You are everything Janet ???????????? thank you for coming.”
