Jalen Suggs and Hailey Van Lith’s Father’s Celebration Goes Viral; Confirms They Are Dating

More NCAA tournament action began Saturday afternoon, with Notre Dame and TCU playing in the women’s division to start the day of collegiate basketball. Hailey Van Lith, the former LSU standout who transferred to TCU before the 2024–25 season, had a memorable day. Jalen Suggs, the guard for the Orlando Magic and her father, was ecstatic in the stands.

TCU led Notre Dame by one point going into the fourth quarter and was in a close race with the Fighting Irish for a position in the Elite Eight. At the beginning of the fourth quarter, Van Lith checked in and took off.

She assisted on one of the Horned Frogs’ next seven points, scored five of them herself, and then scored five more points in a row.

With eight minutes remaining and TCU leading by three, one of those shots was a three-pointer. Van Lith’s father, Corey, was really excited about the clutch basket in a clutch situation. Just like Suggs. After Van Lith’s big moment, the two got together for an amazing moment.

Hailey leads the TCU women’s team to their first-ever Elite Eight berth, which is a really amazing experience for the Van Lith family.
