Ex-NFL Star Terrell Suggs To Be Sentenced In April For Threatening To Kill A Man At Starbucks

We all know Terrell Suggs, the ex-NFL superstar, right? Well, brace yourself, because the ex-NFL player is about to face some serious consequences. It turns out that Suggs pleaded guilty to a charge of threatening to end a man’s life at a Starbucks drive-through. Yes, you heard that right!

But hey, here’s the twist. Apparently, Suggs managed to strike a deal with prosecutors, and they agreed to drop a second charge against him. It’s like a get-out-of-jail card, but that’s not the end, because he still has to face the music come April 1st. That’s when the sentencing will go down, and believe me, the tension is high.

Now, I don’t know about you, but threatening to kill your fellow man is a bit extreme, even for a rough and tough NFL star. I hope Suggs has learned a lot from this and won’t go about threatening to end people’s lives at Starbucks.

Police documents suggested it started when the ex-Baltimore Ravens hero accidentally knocked into another man’s vehicle at the drive-through, before they both got out of their cars and began arguing.

After getting back in his car, Suggs was accused of telling the other man ‘I’ll kill your b**** a***’ before flashing a black handgun outside of his driver’s side window.

While officials noted the gun was not pointed at the other man, they still believe the former pass rusher was trying to threaten him.

A year on from the incident, Suggs pleaded guilty to one criminal charge of disorderly conduct on Thursday, TMZ reports.

He appeared at a court in Maricopa County, Arizona wearing a shirt and tie, before submitting his guilty plea after cutting a deal with prosecutors.

Suggs is now facing either time in jail or probation, with sentencing date officially slated for April 1.

However, after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct a spokesperson for the 41-year-old said he is ‘relieved’ to put the incident behind him.

‘Terrell is relieved that he can now put this unfortunate incident behind him,’ the spokesperson is quoted as saying by TMZ.

‘The safety and well-being of his family and himself have always been his top priority, and he is grateful that they are all safe. He appreciates the support and understanding from everyone during this time and he looks forward to moving forward.’

Suggs had driven past the ordering speaker at a Scottsdale Starbucks drive-through, and made contact with another man’s vehicle when he put his car in reverse.

While there was allegedly no damage to the other driver’s car, cops said both drivers exited their vehicles and began to argue, with the former Ravens man later giving the man the middle finger as he was about to leave himself.

At that point, according to police documents, the argument ramped up again, with Suggs allegedly challenging the man to a fight, calling him a ‘p**** a*** cracker’ and saying ‘I’ll kill your b**** a***.’

So, mark your calendars, folks. April is just around the corner, and that’s when we’ll find out what fate has in store for Mr. Terrell Suggs. Will he walk out with a slap on the wrist, or will he have to pay the price for his menacing Starbucks escapade? Only time will tell, my friends. Only time will tell.
