Diddy trial deliberations begin

The courtroom drama surrounding Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has officially entered its final chapter. For, the fate of the music mogul now rests in the hands of 12 jurors as deliberations have begun.

Full details below…

On Monday morning (June 30), jurors in the Bad Boy mogul’s federal criminal trial began deliberations after receiving detailed instructions from Judge Arun Subramanian, who urged them to weigh the actions of every individual involved.

Judge Subramanian emphasized that:

“Actions may speak louder than words.”

Diddy, who has pleaded not guilty, faces a slate of serious charges, including racketeering conspiracy, two counts of sex trafficking, and two counts related to the transportation of individuals for the purpose of prostitution. The seven-week trial has been filled with jaw-dropping testimony from ex-partners and former employees, but the defense rested without calling a single witness. Diddy himself chose not to take the stand, which Judge Subramanian told jurors to:

“…not attach any significance to that.”

He also reminded the jury to scrutinize testimony from witnesses granted immunity more closely, and to consider pseudonymous witnesses like ‘Jane’ and ‘Mia’ with care. And finally, and importantly, that:

“Your verdict must be unanimous.”

Now, we wait. The end is near.
