Diddy dominated headlines last week when a bombshell lawsuit filed by Cassie accused him of rape and violent abuse.
While that case was stunningly settled “amicably” in less than 48 hours, the Bad Boy Records mogul has been hit with another suit bearing claims of a similar ilk.

One day before the expiration of the New York Adult Survivors Act, a woman filed suit alleging that Diddy drugged her, sexually assaulted her, and recorded the incident without her knowledge.
The Act, which allows adult sexual assault survivors one year to sue regardless of when the original statute of limitations expired, is vital in this instance because the woman – Joie Dickerson-Neal – says the assault took place in 1991 when was a college student at Syracuse University studying psychology.
Dickerson-Neal claims she went to dinner with Diddy – born Sean Combs – “reluctantly” in Harlem.
Per the suit, she asserts that he “intentionally drugged” her after she left her drink unattended and caved into pressure from the exec to take a hit of a blunt. She says this all rendered her unable to stand or walk.
Thereafter, it’s claimed he drove her to where he was staying and sexually assaulted her. She says she “lacked the physical ability or mental capacity to fend Combs off.”
This left her “humiliated and hurt.”
The filing further alleges Dickerson-Neal was the victim of “revenge porn” because it’s claimed Diddy recorded the alleged assault.
She says she discovered this when DeVanté Swing of 1990’s group Jodeci told her he saw a tape of the encounter; however, he could not speak up for fear of the impact it would have on his band.
The alleged assault is said to have sent Dickerson-Neal’s life into a “tailspin,” damaging her mental health and leading to her dropping out of college.
In the filing, she says didn’t go to a hospital or initially report the assault to authorities because she was confused, in pain, and ashamed. She did, however, tell a friend the next day.
Dickerson-Neal went on to file police reports in New York and New Jersey, spoke to several prosecutors with the hope of pressing charges, and spoke with friends and acquaintances to locate the video Combs allegedly filmed.
She claims she was told by her colleagues that they were “terrified that Combs would retaliate against them and that they would lose future business and music opportunities if they made a statement in support of [her].”
The lengthy filing relayed that Dickerson-Neal briefly went on to work in the music industry and eventually ran into Diddy at a party. There, he alleged “backed her into a corner” and “inappropriately confronted her.”
Diddy is said to have then fallen to his knees and insisted “he did not do what she was saying.”
Dickerson-Neal says she left the music industry as watching his ascend became too painful to watch.
Citing Cassie’s suit as what “forced her to face his assault again,” she is suing Diddy for assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, sex trafficking and revenge porn. She’s also pursuing compensatory damages for mental and emotional injury, distress, pain and suffering, and injury.
The filing also lists Bad Boy Entertainment, Bad Boy Records, and Combs Enterprises as defendants.
