From headline-grabbing commentary on his infamous sex tape with Kim Kardashian to discussion about Kanye West, Diddy and Cassie (as we reported here), Floyd Mayweather, on-and-off relationship with soon-to-be ex-wife Princess Love, and so much more, Ray J‘s recent press tour has nothing short of jaw-dropping quotes (to say the least).
Among the myriad of hot topics broached was the standout of his current relationship with his legendary sister Brandy.
The two have historically been very close, but – as of late – fans of both have noticed a distance, one that Ray brazenly admitted was due to some of his actions over the last couple of years.
Despite his shortcomings, the singer-actor-businessman is not only hoping for forgiveness but is also (once again) petitioning the diva and her ‘Boy is Mine‘ co-star and fellow R&B icon Monica to embark on a joint world tour.

During his jam-packed interview with Jason Lee, Ray was quizzed on Monica’s response to his original proposal of her sharing stage time with Brandy on a joint tour – a questioning that went left when Lee proposed the ‘So Gone’ singer co-headline.
“I’m probably one of Monica’s biggest fans,” Ray said before relaying, “we’re not doing that [co-headlining].”
The statement came after the ‘Wait a Minute’ singer visually inferred Mo and Bran are not on the same level by holding his hands side-by-side.
In a separate interview with ‘Club Shay Shay,’ Ray – although reluctantly – seemed a bit more open to the idea of the divas co-headlining and splitting a 50-city tour with 25 headlined dates each.
“25 and 25? I think yeah,” he said hesitantly before addressing Monica directly. “I’ve been trying to work this [tour] out for a long time. I’ve been taking a lot of slack; Monica’s been going in and I’ve been apologizing. I’m just a fan that’s making sh*t up. That’s what I felt and so don’t be mad at me because I want it to happen.”
