In a clip shared by The Neighborhood Talk, the performer can be seen sans a top and audibly tells officers:
“I’m an R&B singer! You can’t arrest me.”
As reported, paperwork filed by cops says the starlet smelt of alcohol, and a breathalyzer found that she was almost two times the legal limit.

DaniLeigh was reportedly sentenced to five years probation for the offense.
