DaniLeigh‘s arrest for DUI surprised many last May and now it’s set to surprise many more.

For, footage of the R&B belle being detained by Miami cops has surfaced and it’s rather damning.

Because, beyond being accused of the hit and run of a teenager, the star is seen topless (yes, you read correctly) seemingly seeking to receive preferential treatment from responding officers.

In a clip shared by The Neighborhood Talk, the performer can be seen sans a top and audibly tells officers:

“I’m an R&B singer! You can’t arrest me.”

As reported, paperwork filed by cops says the starlet smelt of alcohol, and a breathalyzer found that she was almost two times the legal limit.

DaniLeigh was reportedly sentenced to five years probation for the offense.
