Craig David is back – and he’s bringing the vibes. The UK music legend just announced his ninth studio album ‘Commitment.’

With 25 years in the game since his iconic debut ‘Born To Do It’, David is serving up a new body of work that he says is:

“Everything to me now that ‘Born To Do It’ was to me as a teen. That’s what it feels to me, that’s what it means to me. And I hope when people listen to it they have the same feeling all over again.”

Produced by Mike Brainchild, Toddla T, Tre-Jean Marie and Wretch 32, ‘Commitment’ features collabs with Jojo, Tiwa Savage, and Louisa Johnson. His latest single ‘Wake Up’ – a slick UK Garage-inspired R&B banger – is out now and giving pure ‘TS5’ nostalgia. Talking about the track, David says:

“‘Wake Up’ for me is my way of not only respecting my garage roots, but also keeping alive the cultural foundation of the sound from where it all started.”

David will also hit the road for an in-store UK tour this August, kicking off in Birmingham and wrapping at London’s Outernet.
