And this time it centers on an alleged beatdown the R&B star is said to have delivered in London.

A lawsuit filed by Abe Diaw claims Brown carried out a shocking assault at TAPE nightclub.

Per TMZ, the suit asserts that the incident allegedly occurred in February this year and resulted in significant injuries and hospitalization for Diaw.

He alleges that Brown used a Don Julio 1942 tequila bottle as a weapon to hit him and left him unconscious from the sheer force of the swing. It’s claimed Brown continued to assault by stomping on him.

According to Diaw, who says he initially thought Brown was coming to embrace him, surveillance footage will back up his version of events.

The plaintiff, who has known C, Breezy for seven years, is seeking damages for his injuries, emotional distress, and trauma.
