Chart Check [Hot 100]: GloRilla’s ‘Yeah Glo’ Marks Her Highest Solo Debut

GloRilla‘s latest single, the self-affirmative ‘Yeah Glo,’ has had heads bobbing since it arrived to digital shelves on February 9.

Accompanied by a semi-biographical music video (directed by Troy Roscoe), the tune quickly shot to the upper rankings of real-time Rap streaming and sales charts – moves that have helped it make a handsome debut on the refreshed Hot 100.

Details inside.

The updated all-genre chart sees Big Glo shining at #89.

Coming as the fourth Hot 100-charting single of her career since first bursting onto the tally with 2022’s Hitkidd-assisted ‘F.N.F. (Let’s Go),’ ‘Yeah Glo’ – also the highest-charting new female Rap song of the week – marks the first time she’s ever been printed on the hitlist by her lonesome.

Another testament to the commercial viability of female Rap, GloRilla joins Doja Cat, Flo Milli, Megan Thee Stallion, Ice Spice, Nicki Minaj, and Latto as the only femcees listed on the all-genre chart with songs featuring no assistants.
