And though she may already be moving on to the new song ‘Enough (Miami),’ her previous release – the March 1-released ‘Like What (Freestyle)’ – is just seeing its chart narrative start this week to historic measure.

As seen on the updated Hot 100 revealed Tuesday (March 12), B’s latest smash is printed at #38.

Here are the numbers that powered the placement.

  • Streaming ≈ 9.6 million U.S.-based streams
  • Radio airplay ≈ 2.1 million audience impressions
  • Sales ≈ 12,000 digital downloads

The week’s highest-selling new song, the handsome opening of the Missy Elliott-sampling cut marks the 33rd time Cardi has visited the Hot 100’s top 40 in her short career.

Coming as the highest rung she’s reached on the all-genre chart with an unaccompanied hit since topping the tally with ‘Up‘ in 2021, ‘Like What (Freestyle)’ also uniquely makes history for becoming the highest-charting female freestyle in the 65-year history of the Hot 100.
