Arriving on the heels of chart-topper ‘We Don’t Trust You,’ the duo’s sequel effort launches atop the tally with first week sales of 127,000.
Streaming again led the charge, with streaming-accrued units accounting for 124,500 of the total sum (thanks to 162.57 million streams of the LP’s 25 tracks).
Last week’s #1, Beyoncé’s ‘Cowboy Carter’ one spot to #2 (still racking up an impressive 98,000 in its third week). While Future and Metro’s initial effort, ‘We Don’t Trust You,’ climbs one spot back to #3 (with 83,000 units sold this week). As reported, the set debuted at #1 with 251,000 units sold.
Interestingly, the latest release marks the shortest gap between new #1s by an artist since Future replaced himself at the top in 2017 in successive weeks with his self-titled album and ‘HNDRXX.’
Future now holds 10 Billboard 200 #1s, while Metro Boom bumps his total to 5.
