Ben Cleveland of Baltimore Ravens Arrested for DUI

According to TMZ Sports, Ben Cleveland, an offensive lineman for the Baltimore Ravens, was arrested for DUI last week after he allegedly drove his pickup with a blood alcohol content (BAC) that was more than twice the legal limit.

Documents from the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office that we were able to get indicate that on February 12, Cleveland was suspected of driving under the influence in Milledgeville, Georgia.

According to the documents, the 26-year-old, who was selected in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft from the University of Georgia, was stopped at approximately 10:25 p.m…. after he swerved in a road. Cleveland was driving so wildly, according to the police, that he almost swerved his black Ford F-250 into a ditch.

Cleveland admitting to having “approximately 3-4 beers” at a local country club before to driving during the stop, according to the cops. Additionally, they noted in the report that his eyes were “glossy” and that his ride had a strong alcohol stench.

Cleveland failed at least one field sobriety test, according to the documents. They further point out that when a Breathalyzer was used, he blew a.178, which is more than twice the legal limit of.08.

The documents state that after Cleveland was brought to a local jail, a second breathalyzer test there revealed a BAC level of.161.

After that, Cleveland received two different citations: one for failure to maintain lane and another for DUI with alcohol.
